How to Identify the Model of Your Tiller Blade
Many farmers often face a common question:
“How do I know which model of blade I am currently using?”
Here are a few simple steps to help you identify your blade:
Step 1: Remove the blade from the holder.
Step 2: Measure the key dimensions:
Blade holder width
Hole diameter
Diagonal distance (measured according to the diagram – this is the longest distance across the unused edge).
Step 3: Match your measurements with the catalog (see catalog link).
From an old blade sample, we obtained the following measurements:
Blade holder width: 32.64 mm
Hole diameter: 13.47 mm
Blade length: 230 mm
In the catalog diagram on the left, you will find a measurement guide and comparison chart.
The blade holder width and hole diameter confirm that this blade fits the tiller blade specifications.
With length A = 230 mm, we can identify it as part of the FD series.
